Nursing Department Manager

We are seeking an experienced Charge Nurse to join our team at Three Valleys Hospital in Keighley. The ideal candidate will have a relevant nursing qualification (RMN or RNLD) and NMC registration, and will be able to lead and coordinate the quality and management of nursing care and delivering of clinical services.
As a Charge Nurse, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of your unit, ensuring that high-quality care and support are provided to people with complex mental health issues. You will also supervise other members within the team's unit, provide guidance and support, and be liaison between nursing staff and other healthcare professionals.
The estimated salary for this position is around £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
