Job Title: Customer Service Fleet Specialist

Estimated Salary: £25,674 per annum.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with industry personnel. This includes handling all problems/issues relating to the provision of lease cars and their subsequent delivery, maintenance, insurance, and payment.

You will deal with various queries from employees, leasing companies, dealers, pool car providers/users, insurance brokers, and managers/budget holders. Providing contentious information, such as challenging entitlement to a lease car or advising drivers about liability for damage, is also a key aspect of this role.

The post holder must explain financial aspects of both schemes, including how costs vary with different vehicle types, mileages, and the effect of benefit in kind on users' tax codes. Additionally, they must describe and explain technical specifications of different manufacturers and models of car, as well as understand and explain the complexities of salary sacrifice and its relation to car lease and home electronic schemes.
