Customer Service Representative

Competitive Salary: £12 per hour, with an additional night premium of £2.30 per hour worked between midnight and 6am
About the Role: We are seeking a colleague to join our team at Seaton Superstore.
This is a varied and dynamic role, where you will have the opportunity to work in different areas of the store, including service, picking and replenishment. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, working collaboratively with colleagues, and contributing to the success of the store.
Key Responsibilities:- Delivering great service to customers, greeting them with a smile and serving them with pride
- Building rapport with customers, ensuring they have a positive shopping experience
- Working well within a team, communicating openly with colleagues and building relationships
- Assisting with stock management, replenishing shelves and receiving deliveries
