Care Home Leadership Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Manager to join our team at our luxury elderly residential home.
Compensation: Up to £70,000 per year, plus bonus and benefits
About This RoleAs a Registered Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the home, ensuring that our residents receive the highest quality of care and service.
- Operational Excellence: Ensure the smooth operation of the home, maintaining a safe and supportive environment for residents.
- Team Leadership: Lead and develop a team of healthcare professionals and support staff, promoting collaboration and professional growth.
- Financial Stewardship: Focus on achieving financial sustainability, without direct management of the home's budget.
- Community Engagement: Represent the home in the local community, fostering positive relationships.
- Continuous Improvement: Drive quality improvement initiatives, ensuring compliance with CQC regulations and quality frameworks.
To succeed in this role, you should possess:
- A minimum of 4 years' experience in a managerial position within a residential or nursing home, preferably in the luxury care sector.
- Proven experience in managing a large nursing home, with a strong track record of CQC compliance.
- In-depth knowledge of CQC regulations and quality frameworks.
Targeted Salary Range: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, based on experience.
