We are seeking a skilled Care Administrator to join our team in Devon. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, experience working in a fast-paced office environment, and knowledge of logistics and planning.

This role involves close collaboration with the team to achieve target-driven results and maintain a safe, efficient, and effective service delivery aligned with CQC requirements.

The successful candidate will be responsible for allocating care provision, ensuring timely and efficient visits that meet staff contractual requirements and service users' preferences.

  • Maintain accurate database records, including cancelled care, new referrals, amendments, staff holidays, and sickness.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary assessments of service user needs and planning/reviewing of care packages.
  • Uphold person-centred planning values and involve service users and family/representatives in care decision-making.
  • Participate in emergency on-call duties as per the shared rota.
