Support and Care Specialist

As a Support and Care Specialist, you will be responsible for providing person-centred care and support to our residents. This includes assisting with mealtimes, personal care, and activities, as well as providing emotional support to help build strong relationships.
You will work collaboratively with our care colleagues to ensure the highest standards of care and support are met. This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and make a real difference in the lives of our residents.
Requirements
* Experience working in a similar environment: Essential
* Vaccinated: Essential
* DBS (Enhanced) certificate: Essential
* Moving and handling training: Essential
* Driving licence: Desirable
About the Salary
You can expect a competitive salary of £11.00 - £14.00 per hour, depending on experience. Additionally, you will receive benefits such as on-site parking.
Work Schedule
This is a full-time position, working 8 hour shifts, Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend availability. You will be required to work day shifts and night shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
