At Proud to Care Devon, we are seeking a dedicated Adult Autism Support Worker to join our team in Seaton, Devon. This rewarding role involves supporting six adults with learning disabilities in their daily lives, helping them develop skills and independence.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with our service users and their families. A willingness to attend training sessions is also essential to ensure that you have the necessary knowledge and skills to provide high-quality support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting individuals with daily living tasks, such as cooking, cleaning, and personal care
  • Assisting with financial management and medication administration
  • Encouraging participation in community activities and outings

Benefits:

  • A competitive salary of £22,000 - £25,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
