We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to join our team at Awc Inc. as an Inside Account Manager. This role involves collaborating with Technical Account Managers and technology partners to develop in-depth product knowledge and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and expand relationships with existing clients
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned accounts
- Collaborate with external sales team members to develop and execute sales strategies
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to clients on instrumentation products
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery and installation of products
- Review work processes to ensure adherence to internal and external quality standards
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years' experience in account management, sales, or business development within the industrial controls and automation industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction and relationship-building
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
A competitive estimated salary for this position is $85,000 - $115,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
