ARM is seeking a highly skilled Payroll Specialist to support an insourced payroll with an estimated employee headcount of 1,700 in Portsmouth.

The successful candidate will have experience with manual payroll calculations and data collation, organisational and analytical skills, and a high level of accuracy. They will also possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to prioritise work to meet deadlines in a fast-paced complex environment.

The role involves a range of responsibilities including:

  • Validating and actioning payment requests via the Payroll SharePoint Workflow Tool
  • Carrying out reconciliations such as ensuring the FPS balances to payroll results
  • Calculations of all statutory payments
  • Data collation, organisation and analytical skills

The ideal candidate will be proficient in MS Office applications, particularly Excel, and have experience with lookups/pivot table activities for analysis. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to take their career to the next level with a salary of 40,000 pounds or more.

As a Payroll Specialist, you will work closely with the Senior Payroll Specialist to manage timely delivery of payroll deliverables, ensuring accurate and efficient processing of day-to-day UK payrolls.
