Are you a highly skilled Payroll Specialist looking for a new challenge? We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team at ARM in Portsmouth to support an insourced payroll with an estimated employee headcount of 1,700.

The role involves a range of responsibilities including:

  • Processing the monthly payroll per the calendars each month
  • Checking and maintaining accuracy of employee records where appropriate
  • Carry out reconciliations such as ensuring the FPS balances to payroll results
  • Ability to carry out manual payroll calculations to support validations

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, data collation and organisation abilities, as well as proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel. Oracle and SAP experience is desirable.

As a Payroll Specialist, you will work closely with the Senior Payroll Specialist to manage timely delivery of payroll deliverables, ensuring accurate and efficient processing of day-to-day UK payrolls.
