Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Payroll Specialist to manage our 18-month fixed-term contract for an insourced payroll with an estimated employee headcount of 1,700. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with insourced end-to-end payroll processes, a thorough understanding of current payroll legislation and excellent analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process daily UK payrolls, ensuring accurate calculations and adherence to statutory requirements.
  • Work closely with the Senior Payroll Specialist to manage timely delivery of payroll deliverables.
  • Perform manual adjustments and reconcile FPS balances with payroll results.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in insourced end-to-end payroll processes.
  • Strong understanding of current payroll legislation.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills.

The estimated annual salary for this position is £40,000, based on experience and qualifications.
