Job Summary

The Man Group is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Responsible Investment Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Responsible Investment team, you will play a critical role in advancing our mission to integrate environmental, social, and governance (ESG) considerations into our investment strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as an RI advisor and advocate to portfolio managers, clients, and consultants.
  • Collaborate with portfolio teams to drive further ESG integration into their investment process.
  • Analyze the competitive landscape to inform and shape product development and positioning.
  • Interact with clients, consultants, and prospects to explain our approaches to responsible investment.
  • Liaise with Sales staff to increase awareness of our RI strategies and drive growth in those assets.

Requirements

  • Passion for and expertise in RI.
  • Significant multi-asset class investment experience.
  • Highly proficient in critical thinking and data analysis.
  • Excellent written and oral presentation skills.
