pWe are seeking an experienced Senior/Principal Fire Safety Engineer to join our rapidly expanding Fire Safety team. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with both Public and Private Sector clients./ppYour role will involve delivering Fire Safety Engineering services as part of our Fire Safety Engineering Team. We offer our expertise to public and private sector clients in the UK and internationally./ppResponsibilities will include:/pulliApplying fire engineering in the design of buildings/liliAttending on-site meetings, client meetings and design team meetings/liliWorking as part of a multi-disciplinary team to win or deliver projects with a fire safety component/liliTechnical delivery of fire safety services/liliDesign and drawing appraisals, checking for fire design compliance with Approved Document B, BS9999 or fire engineering design/liliProvide Technical Guidance and support to more junior members of the team/li/ulpAbout You/ppYou will be a qualified and experienced Fire Safety Engineer capable of working as part of a wider team, often multi-disciplinary, and able to manage your own projects and workload./ppYou will have extensive experience in delivering fire engineering solutions for projects within the commercial, residential, education, healthcare and defence sectors and experience in all aspects of fire engineering consultancy including the principles of fire dynamics./ppDemonstrable experience in the use of fire and evacuation modelling software packages or use of structural fire engineering methods would be advantageous and you should have a full clean drivers license and be prepared to undergo security clearance./ppAbout Tetra Tech/ppTetra Tech is a leading provider of high-end consulting and engineering services for projects worldwide.
