Job Title: Accountancy Professional

About the Role:
As a key member of our team at iMultiply Resourcing, you will be working with a well-established accountancy firm in Edinburgh to enhance their accounts and outsourcing services. This is an excellent opportunity for career progression and working with exceptional clients. Your responsibilities will include providing business advisory and outsourcing services, ensuring accounts compliance work is accurate and up-to-date, producing forecasts and projections, and providing clients with management information.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Business advisory and outsourcing services
  • Accounts compliance work, including accurately preparing entities' accounting compliance work
  • Produces forecasts, projections, and business plans using relevant software
  • Provides clients with monthly management information in a range of formats
  • Maintains technical knowledge of UK GAAP and other accounting frameworks
  • Engages with clients on accounting issues and identifies, researches, and resolves accounting issues
  • Provides advice on day-to-day accounting transactions and appropriate accounting treatment
  • Tailors standard management reports to client needs using relevant software
  • Prepares standard KPI dashboards from the client's accounting system
  • Prepares budgets for clients' management purposes

Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years experience in an accountancy firm
  • Professional accountancy qualification
