Pertemps Bond is recruiting for a Customer Service Executive to join our award-winning client in Burton-Upon-Trent on a full-time permanent basis.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a hybrid environment, with 3 days in the office and 2 days from home.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling incoming calls, and resolving customer queries in a timely and professional manner.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Answering customer calls and resolving queries in a timely and professional manner
  • Admin duties, including understanding customer needs and liaising with departments to meet customer requirements
  • Actioning cancellations in line with company processes
  • Dealing with travel concierge requests, including pre/post night stays, rail tickets, and UK transfers
  • Handling late booking requests
  • Assisting with Customer Relations issues and call-outs, ensuring customers have revised information
  • Ad-hoc queries and requests from within the Customer Service team and other teams within the Contact Centre

About You:

  • Previous experience in a Customer Service environment
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to prioritize own workload
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with good attention to detail
  • A good team player, able to work on own initiative
  • Problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach and a positive attitude
  • Good IT skills
