Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Social Media Manager to lead our online presence across multiple brands: BJ's Bingo, Shipley Creative, and Tan Express. As a key member of our team, you will develop and execute strategies to boost our online visibility, engage our audience, and elevate brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with brand teams to launch social media outreach initiatives.
  • Create and implement effective social media strategies.
  • Manage paid campaigns on platforms like TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, X, and LinkedIn.
  • Support broader marketing efforts including SEO/SEM and PR.
  • Visit brand locations monthly to create content and engage with teams.
  • Attend monthly planning meetings.
  • Develop versatile content to capture the target audience's interest.
  • Track and report social media performance, offering insights on key metrics.
  • Work with influencers and manage live events.
  • Coordinate content delivery across cross-functional teams.
Essential Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • Full UK Driving Licence.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in social media management, digital marketing, content creation, and WordPress editing.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Expert knowledge of social media platforms.
  • Proficiency in photography, videography, image manipulation, video/audio editing.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organisational skills, and the ability to multitask.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Adobe Creative Suite/Canva, CapCut, Elementor, and WordPress.
  • Familiarity with SEO/SEM techniques.
  • Experience with social media management tools like Content Studio or Hootsuite.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
