About the Company

Our client is a leading provider of integrated workplace solutions, specializing in office and lab design and build, and furniture. They are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to join their team in Windsor and help deliver projects up to circa £5m.

About the Role

The primary role of the Contracts Manager is to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. Key responsibilities include:

  • Contract Negotiation: Negotiating contract terms and conditions with clients, vendors, suppliers, or partners to ensure favourable terms for the organization while mitigating risks.
  • Project Planning: Developing a comprehensive project plan, including project scope, budget, and schedule, in collaboration with the project team.
  • Resource Management: Managing resources required for the project, including personnel, materials, and equipment.
  • Risk Management: Identifying potential risks and developing contingency plans to mitigate any potential issues that may arise during the project.
  • Quality Control: Ensuring that all work performed meets or exceeds the required standards of quality.
  • Stakeholder Management: Managing communication and relationships with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and vendors.
  • Budget Management: Managing project budgets and ensuring that projects are delivered within budget constraints.
  • Schedule Management: Managing the project schedule to ensure that all work is completed on time.
