Installation Technician Role at Cpl Life Sciences

About the Job

Cpl Life Sciences is seeking a skilled Installation Technician to join our team. As an Installation Technician, you will be responsible for installing our clients' product range, ensuring that all installations are completed to the highest standard and in accordance with our company's Environmental and Quality Policies.

Key Responsibilities

  • To represent Cpl Life Sciences in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that our company's values and policies are upheld at all times.
  • To collate all necessary paperwork and documentation in advance of each installation, ensuring that all goods and hardware required for the day are present and accounted for.
  • To collect and return all goods and equipment, ensuring that they are transported securely and in pristine condition.
  • To ensure that clients' products are used correctly to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
  • To accurately interpret measuring and manufacturing illustrations, ensuring that all installations are completed to the highest standard.
  • To complete all installations in accordance with our clients' installation and fitting procedures.
  • To carry out surveys at customer locations, ensuring that all necessary information is collected and documented.
  • To ensure the timely completion of all documentation, in accordance with our company's Environmental & Quality Management System.
  • To liaise with clients on site, determining their requirements and ensuring that all installations are completed to their satisfaction.
  • To carry out any reasonable action on site, as requested by our department head.
  • To ensure that the Company Van and contents are kept in an organized and tidy fashion, at all times.

Additional Responsibilities

  • To follow all work instructions and company procedures, ensuring that our company's values and policies are upheld at all times.
  • To maintain a safe and tidy working environment, preventing the risk of accidents and ensuring that our company's Environmental and Quality Policies are upheld.
  • To remove waste and ensure that the environment is kept to an acceptable standard, at all times.
  • To undertake any reasonable work activity, as requested by our line manager.
  • To participate in recycling and general waste management, as trained.
  • To operate a forklift, as trained.
