Scheme Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled Scheme Administrator to join our team at Stonewater Careers. This role is responsible for the day-to-day operational management of an independent living scheme, delivering an on-site housing management service that supports residents to lead independent lives in a safe environment.
The successful candidate will have experience in housing operations and be able to carry out well-being checks, identify and manage risk, including safeguarding, and develop relationships with partner agencies to support customers.
About the Role- Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum
- Hours: 30 hours per week
- Location: Westbourne area of Bournemouth
