Employmint is seeking a skilled Financial Analyst to join their finance team in Portadown / Craigavon, County Armagh. The ideal candidate will have experience in preparing monthly management accounts and balance sheet reconciliations, conducting variance analysis, and KPI reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Prepare monthly management accounts and balance sheet reconciliations
  2. Conduct variance analysis
  3. KPI Reporting
  4. Assist in the preparation of monthly projections and annual budgets
  5. Maintain appropriate relationships with external stakeholders (customers, suppliers, auditors, HMRC)
  6. Ensure compliance with VAT and statutory returns
Requirements:
  1. Qualified Accounting Technician (IATI) or Part qualified (CIMA, ACA, ACCA)
  2. Strong Excel ability
  3. 2 years previous experience within industry
  4. Experience in using an ERP system (Desirable)

Working hours are Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm. On offer is a competitive salary + generous annual leave + staff discount + medical cover.
