Financial Assistant Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Assistant to join our team at Employmint. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for preparing monthly management accounts and balance sheet reconciliations, conducting variance analysis, and maintaining relationships with external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Prepare monthly management accounts and balance sheet reconciliations
  2. Conduct variance analysis and KPI reporting
  3. Assist in the preparation of monthly projections and annual budgets
  4. Maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, auditors, and HMRC
  5. Ensure compliance with VAT and statutory returns
Requirements:
  1. Qualified Accounting Technician (IATI) or Part qualified (CIMA, ACA, ACCA)
  2. Strong Excel ability and experience in using an ERP system
  3. 2 years previous experience within industry
