As a Community Support Worker, you will provide personalised support to adult residents in a community flat setting. You will work closely with colleagues to maintain independent living skills and follow individual support plans to meet the needs and aspirations of each resident.
This role requires a high level of empathy and understanding, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. If you are passionate about helping others and making a positive impact, we would love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personalised support to adult residents in a community flat setting
- Maintain independent living skills and promote social inclusion
- Follow individual support plans to meet the needs and aspirations of each resident
