Job Summary

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled professional to join the Intensive Support Team on a fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced individual to work with adults who have a learning disability, mental health, and/or Autism, and who present with behavioural challenges.

Main Responsibilities
  • Work within a specialist clinical team to provide a service to adults with complex needs.
  • Provide support through assessment, behavioural interventions, risk assessments, relapse plans, and monitoring of service users' needs.
  • Promote national learning disability agendas, including Transforming Care, Positive Behaviour Support, and mental health recovery models.
  • Contribute to the Dynamic Support At Risk Register and liaise with professionals to ensure all relevant individuals are captured on the register.
