Conference and Events Supervisor

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Conference and Events Supervisor to join our team at The Celtic Collection. As a key member of our Conference and Events team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day organization of events, ensuring that our customers receive an exceptional experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the organization of events, including conferences, weddings, and banquets
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of events
  • Develop and implement event concepts and themes
  • Manage event budgets and ensure cost control
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in hospitality operations, preferably in a 4* or 5* hotel
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • High standards of presentation and attention to detail
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service
