Job Title: Conference and Events Supervisor

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Conference and Events Supervisor to join our team at The Celtic Manor Resort. As a Conference and Events Supervisor, you will be responsible for the day-to-day organisation of the department, ensuring that all events are delivered to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the organisation of events, including conferences, weddings, and other functions
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless event delivery
  • Manage event budgets and ensure financial control
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
