Events Coordinator for Business Growth

We are seeking a highly skilled Events Coordinator to support the delivery of activities designed to generate business growth within our Claims Solutions Group at DAC Beachcroft LLP.

The ideal candidate will be diligent, hard-working, and able to work through tasks quickly in a team environment to meet required timescales. We offer a well-rounded remuneration package that includes private medical insurance, income protection insurance, and discounted gym membership.

As an Events Coordinator, you will support the delivery of event activities, maintain mailing lists, create event invitations, and assist with monitoring the events inbox.

You will attend and assist with the organisation and setting up of a wide range of in-person and online events and meetings, ensuring all deadlines are met. You will also work with external associations/agencies to deliver exhibitions and conferences and build strong relationships with key stakeholders across the business.

To succeed in this role, you will need some prior experience of delivering successful face-to-face events or virtual events, excellent organisational skills, and keen attention to detail.

Our estimated salary for this position is £28,000-£35,000 per annum, depending on your level of experience and qualifications. This salary reflects the responsibilities and requirements outlined above and is comparable to industry standards.
