Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Teaching Assistant to support students in a SEN school. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the academic and emotional well-being of our students. Responsibilities
* Provide individualized support to students in a classroom setting, adapting to their unique needs and abilities.
* Collaborate with teachers and other support staff to develop strategies for students with special educational needs, promoting inclusive learning environments.
* Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues to ensure seamless support and progress monitoring.

Salary Range
The salary for this role will be in the range of £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, dependent on experience. This reflects the importance of this position in ensuring the well-being and academic success of our students.
