We are seeking an experienced Progress Coach to join our team, who will be responsible for providing pastoral support and mentoring to students via group and 1:1 review sessions, identifying and overcoming barriers to achievement, and developing their wider social and employability skills.

The successful candidate will work closely with Curriculum Managers and teaching staff as learners' advocates to support the successful completion of their journey through monitoring progress and performance. Key responsibilities include:
  • To act as a Progress Coach to a designated number of learners, working closely with - Curriculum Managers and teaching staff as learners' advocates to support the successful completion of their journey through monitoring progress and performance.
  • To support learners' induction, performance, progress, and progression.
