About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facilities Technical Shift Manager to join our team at Butlin's. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our fairground rides and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate routine technical inspections and maintenance of fairground rides and equipment
  • Conduct daily ride opening and closing check audits
  • Oversee administrative duties, including stock and equipment control
  • Lead team development and ensure efficient and excellent working practices

About You

We are looking for a candidate with a sound technical background, preferably with a mechanical bias. You will be the first point of contact for your team, so excellent communication and leadership skills are essential.

You will be able to work independently, prioritize a demanding workload, and have a keen eye for detail. A thorough and meticulous approach is required for this role.
