We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facilities Technical Shift Manager to join our team at Butlin's.
As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all regulatory and legislative requirements, coordinating routine technical inspections, maintenance, and repairs to all fairground rides and equipment, and conducting daily ride opening and closing check audits.
You will also oversee all administrative duties related to your role, including controlling and purchasing stock and equipment, and taking the lead in team development to ensure efficiency and excellence.
About You
We are looking for someone with a sound technical background, preferably with a mechanical bias, who can work on their own initiative, prioritize a demanding workload, and have a keen eye for detail.
You will be thorough and meticulous in your approach, with excellent communication and leadership skills, making you the first point of call for your team.
