Administrative Service Coordinator

The Administrative Service Coordinator will play a crucial role in delivering an effective and efficient secretarial and administrative service to the multi-disciplinary team within adult community learning disability services across Glasgow City HSCP.
This position requires excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. The successful candidate will have experience working in a healthcare setting and be conversant with office procedures and systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day supervision of staff within the service.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of administrative tasks.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
Salary: £25,000 - £35,000 per annum (pro rata for part-time staff). NHS Scotland is committed to providing a competitive salary and benefits package.
