We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Controller to join our team at MDM Resourcing.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing financial leadership and support to our fast-growing business, with a focus on financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement financial plans, budgets, and forecasts to drive business growth and profitability.
- Manage and analyze financial data to inform business decisions and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide financial guidance and support to the management team, including cash flow management and financial reporting.
- Lead and develop the finance function, including recruitment, training, and performance management.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and laws, including statutory accounts and tax returns.
- A qualified accountant with significant experience in financial leadership and management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- A strategic thinker with a strong analytical mindset, able to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of accountability and responsibility.
