- MDM Resourcing is a leading provider of recruitment services, specializing in placing top talent in fast-growing businesses.

- The company is experiencing rapid growth, with a current turnover of approximately £6 million and a strong pipeline of future projects.
The Role
- As a key member of the finance team, you will be responsible for managing the financial function, including transaction recording, preparation of timely and accurate monthly management accounts, and insightful weekly and monthly KPIs.
- You will also be responsible for cash flow management, preparation of business plans, budgets, and forecasts, and preparation of payroll.
- Additionally, you will support the sales team with financial information and prepare annual statutory accounts for the business.
- You will also undertake ad hoc projects as required by the Managing Director.
About You
- We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced accountant who is comfortable with being hands-on and is keen to be part of a close-knit team in a fast-growing business.
- You will be a confident individual with excellent communication and relationship-building skills, and a strong work ethic.
- You will be happy to take responsibility and work to high personal standards of care.
