Financial Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Controller to join our team at MDM Resourcing.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
- Manage and maintain accurate and timely financial records, including transaction recording, management accounts, and KPIs.
- Lead the preparation of business plans, budgets, and forecasts, and provide financial insights to inform business decisions.
- Oversee cashflow management and ensure the company's financial stability.
- Prepare annual statutory accounts and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with the sales team to provide financial information and support.
This is a broad and challenging role that requires a strong finance professional with excellent communication and leadership skills.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in a similar role, with experience in financial planning, analysis, and management.
They will be a strategic thinker, with the ability to analyze complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
The successful candidate will be a key member of our team, working closely with the Managing Director to drive business growth and success.
Requirements- Qualified accountant (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or equivalent experience.
- Proven track record of success in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
