Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to lead our ICP delivery team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing projects from conception to completion, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of Project Managers and Site Managers/Supervisors to deliver projects safely and efficiently.
  • Ensure compliance with CDM and NEC form contracts.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including resource allocation and budgeting.
  • Monitor and control project progress, identifying and mitigating risks.
  • Collaborate with the commercial team to ensure robust project cost controls.
  • Establish effective working relationships with supply chain representatives.
Requirements
  • Significant experience in ICP delivery of HV/EHV networks.
  • Electrical qualification in electrical engineering or related discipline.
  • Excellent knowledge of CDM and NEC form contracts.
  • High level of experience in HV jointing.
  • Self-motivated and able to motivate staff to meet tight deadlines.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, Excel, and Project.
