We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Project Manager to lead our High Voltage construction projects. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in ICP delivery of HV/EHV Networks, excellent knowledge of CDM and NEC form contracts, and strong leadership skills to motivate staff to meet tight deadlines.

About the Role

">
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for managing teams of Project Managers and Site Managers/Supervisors, ensuring cost-effective, technically compliant schemes are constructed safely from conception through to construction and commissioning.
  • They will also be responsible for demonstrating effective individual and collective SHE leadership, promoting an enthusiastic SHE culture, and ensuring compliance to NERS and CDM.
  • A key requirement is to manage the Projects Portfolio to meet key program milestones and employer deliverables, ensuring that project delivery teams and individual projects are suitably resourced in line with workload and budget.

About You

">
  • Significant and demonstrable Electrical Experience within ICP delivery of HV/EHV Networks.
  • Electrical Qualification - in electrical engineering or related discipline.
  • Excellent knowledge of CDM and NEC form contracts.
  • High level of experience in HV jointing.
  • Self-motivated, driven to achieve results, and able to motivate staff to meet tight deadlines.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, Excel and Project.
  • Good written, verbal and presentation skills.
