We are seeking an experienced and qualified Nursery Manager to lead our Prep School's Nursery team. The successful candidate will have a relevant Level 3 qualification in Early Years and a minimum of one year of Nursery Management experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Implement the Early Years Foundation Stage's welfare, learning, and development requirements.
- Ensure child safety practices, including paediatric first aid, safeguarding children, and food hygiene, are upheld.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with staff and parents through effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Oversee the education and care of children, ensuring a minimum of GCSE Grade C or above in Maths and English.
