Childcare Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nursery Manager to join our team at Careerline. As a key member of our education team, you will be responsible for leading our nursery and ensuring the highest standards of care and education for our young students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the nursery team to deliver high-quality care and education to children aged 2-3 years.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the safety and well-being of children.
- Collaborate with teachers and other staff members to ensure a smooth transition for children into Reception Class.
- Ensure compliance with Early Years Foundation Stage requirements and regulations.
- Recruit, train, and develop staff to meet the needs of the nursery.
Requirements:
- Relevant Level 3 qualification in Early Years.
- At least one year of nursery management experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Minimum of GCSE Grade C or above in Maths and English.
