Childcare Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nursery Manager to join our team at Careerline. As a key member of our education team, you will be responsible for leading our nursery and ensuring the highest standards of care and education for our young students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the nursery team to deliver high-quality care and education to children aged 2-3 years.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the welfare, learning, and development of children in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage.
- Ensure the nursery is a safe and healthy environment for children, staff, and visitors.
- Manage the nursery budget and resources to ensure efficient use of funds.
- Build strong relationships with parents and carers to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
Requirements:
- Relevant Level 3 qualification in Early Years or equivalent.
- At least one year of nursery management experience.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
