Marketing Manager

At Technology Pages Ltd T/A Career Poster, we're seeking an experienced and creative Marketing Manager to drive our company forward. This exciting new role will be instrumental in shaping and implementing our strategic marketing plan, strengthening our identity and reputation across all marketing platforms, and working with our Sales Team to generate sales enquiries.

About the Role

We're a family-run business with over 40 years of experience in the construction sector, and we're proud of our reputation for excellence, innovation, and attention to detail. As our Marketing Manager, you'll be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with our company's core strengths of sustainability, craftsmanship, innovation, and exemplary service.
  • Strengthening and amplifying our brand identity and reputation across all marketing platforms, including digital and traditional channels.
  • Working closely with our Sales Team to generate sales enquiries and drive business growth.
  • Leading a strategy that includes content creation, campaign implementation, and outcome analysis to enhance brand visibility and build our profile.
Key Skills and Qualifications

We're looking for a creative and thoughtful individual with a keen eye for detail and opportunity. The ideal candidate will have:

  • A successful marketing and PR background, preferably with management-level experience.
  • Strong communication skills across all platforms.
  • Focused on deliverable outcomes and achieving strategic goals, including increasing sales enquiries and enhancing customer experiences.
  • Proficient technical knowledge across a variety of marketing platforms, including social media, web, and email marketing.
  • An analytical mindset and ability to identify targets, interpret data, and optimize performance and outcomes.
