Marketing Manager

We are seeking an experienced and creative Marketing Manager to join our team at our beautiful offices in rural Herefordshire. As a key member of our senior management team, you will be instrumental in driving the company forward, with a focus on our core strengths of sustainability, craftsmanship, innovation, and exemplary service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a strategic marketing plan to strengthen and amplify our identity and reputation across all marketing platforms.
  • Build new relationships and work with the Sales Team to help generate sales enquiries.
  • Lead a strategy that includes digital and traditional platforms, content creation, campaign implementation, and outcome analysis.
  • Enhance brand visibility, build our profile, and help generate positive sales leads.
Requirements
  • Successful marketing and PR background, preferably with management level experience.
  • Creative, thoughtful, and keen eye for detail and opportunity.
  • Strong communicator across all platforms.
  • Focused upon deliverable outcomes and achieving strategic goals.
  • Proficient technical knowledge across a variety of marketing platforms.
  • Ability to think strategically across departments and develop associated marketing plans.
  • Analytical mindset and ability to identify targets, interpret data, assess campaigns, and optimise performance and outcomes.
  • Experienced collaborator to include clients, external partners, and internal colleagues.
  • Proven ability to develop and foster existing relationships and identify new opportunities.
  • Strong administration and organisational skills.
