Disability Support Services Manager Role

Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Learning Disabilities Manager to lead a team of caregivers and provide high-quality care and support to individuals with learning disabilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of learning disabilities and their effects, excellent leadership and communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Key Responsibilities- Provide person-centered care and support to service users.
- Lead a team of caregivers to deliver high-quality services.
- Foster strong relationships with service users, families, and colleagues.
- Strong understanding of learning disabilities and their effects.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
A competitive salary of £48,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience.
