Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Learning Disabilities Manager to join our team. As a Learning Disabilities Manager, you will lead and inspire a dedicated team to provide exceptional care and support to individuals with learning disabilities.
Responsibilities- Lead a team of caregivers to provide person-centered care and support.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and organizational policies.
- Foster strong relationships with service users, families, and colleagues.
- Strong understanding of learning disabilities and their effects.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
A competitive salary of £48,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience.
