This position involves managing a large-scale construction project with 400+ units, comprising traditional build houses and RC frame housing. The successful candidate will report directly to a Project Manager and be responsible for ensuring timely completion within budget.

  • Direct and manage sub-contractors and labour forces while maintaining exceptional health and safety standards.
  • Deliver a high-quality product across 150+ units of traditional build houses.
  • Ensure the project remains on schedule and within budgetary constraints.

We offer a highly competitive salary range between £65,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, to attract top talent for this challenging role.
