Technical Scrum Master Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to join our team on a long-term government project. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and active SC security clearance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver the project roadmap and support the scrum team
  • Provide coaching on agile methodologies and lead daily scrums
  • Organise bi-weekly sprint sessions and support sprint demos, reviews, and retrospectives

Requirements:

  • 5 years experience as a Scrum Master in commercial environments
  • Central government experience
  • Government Digital Service (GDS) framework experience within projects
  • Background in client-facing roles or consultancy experience
  • Scrum Master qualification, such as SAFe, CSM, PSM, etc
  • Technical background = engineer/developer/automation QA
  • Coding experience (in any language)

What We Offer:

  • Outside IR35
  • £400 a day
  • Remote first approach with occasional onsite meetings
