Role Overview

This Senior Project Manager position plays a pivotal role in enhancing the resilience of Thames Water's network of underground assets, directly contributing to the Capital Delivery program and Turnaround plan.

Key Responsibilities
  • Accountable for governance compliance and stakeholder engagement throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Define solutions to meet project objectives and prepare clear business cases.
  • Develop procurement strategies and oversee contract documentation production.
  • Manage consultants and contractors to deliver timely, cost-effective, and high-quality project outcomes.
Requirements
  • An engineering or relevant degree with project management qualification.
  • Knowledge of construction, infrastructure, or utility industry with prior involvement in delivering major complex projects (up to £100m in value).
  • Demonstrate risk-based and analytical decision-making capabilities.
What We Offer
  • Competitive salary: £55,000 - £75,000 per annum.
  • 26 days holiday increasing to 30 with length of service. (Plus bank holidays)
