Traditional Build Operations Manager

A leading construction and regeneration company seeks an experienced Site Manager to manage a traditional-build apartment block project.
The successful candidate will oversee both groundworks and new-build stages, ensuring high standards of quality, health and safety, and regulatory compliance.
Main Responsibilities:- Project Coordination: Manage groundworks and new-build phases, coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers.
- Quality Standards: Maintain quality assurance and record-keeping, adhering to industry standards.
- Issue Resolution: Monitor and report on project milestones, addressing any issues promptly.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Project Manager to ensure consistent communication and alignment on project goals.
Required Skills: Proven experience as a Site Manager, CSCS, SMSTS, and First Aid certifications, and familiarity with traditional construction methods and multi-unit residential projects.
