**Repairs Team Manager Job Description**
At Build Recruitment, we're currently looking for a Repairs Team Manager to oversee building maintenance operations in Lewisham.
This role involves leading a team of skilled tradespeople and ensuring the smooth delivery of services.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a team of tradespeople
- Implement a competency profiling system for team members
- Ensure health and safety compliance among contractors
- Recruit and select skilled tradespeople
- Manage the performance of tradespeople
- Demonstrate excellent communication and leadership abilities
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of building maintenance best practices
- Proven experience in supervising teams
- Familiarity with mobile devices
- SSSTS and trade certification (plastering, plumbing, carpentry, bricklaying, groundworks, roofing) required
