Building Maintenance and Grants Coordinator

Job Description:
As a Building Maintenance and Grants Coordinator with Service Care Solutions Ltd, you will play a critical role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality housing maintenance services. Your primary responsibilities will include inspecting properties to ensure compliance with various health and safety standards and overseeing the technical aspects of housing grants/loans.
Main Tasks:
- Property Inspections: Conduct regular property inspections to identify areas requiring improvement, working closely with clients to deliver effective solutions.
- Grant Management: Oversee the technical aspects of housing grants/loans, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
Requirements:
Candidates must possess a HND/HNC in Building Construction and/or Surveying or equivalent. Relevant experience in residential building/surveying, CAD programmes, and contract administration is also essential. A competitive salary of £31,000 - £34,000 per annum is offered, reflecting your skills and experience.
