Job Summary:

This Contracts Manager position requires a skilled individual with experience in construction management. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team and ensuring the successful delivery of projects.

Key responsibilities include day-to-day management of building works, visiting properties, and arranging and managing trades on site. Ensuring Health & Safety on site is also a critical aspect of this role.

The ideal candidate should have a building related qualification (NVQ, HNC or equivalent) and strong CDM experience. Excellent Health & Safety and building knowledge are also required. Strong people management skills are necessary to lead a team effectively.

Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 per annum
